  Presa de Klingenberg

Construida entre 1908 y 1914 la Presa de Klingenberg es una obra de Hans Poelzig.

Proyectada durante su estancia en Silesia, la presa cuenta con una hermosa curvatura en la que la concepción racionalista de acumulación de energía adquiere una fuerza que permite e incluso exige una lectura expresionista que supera la solución del problema real. La pesada pared destinada a absorber la presión casi se descompone en un imponente sistema de montantes; y las sombras de los arcos ciegos confieren a la obra una vivacidad extraordinaria.
